We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final–sale or special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Once your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. All orders return requests are done as a case by case scenario.
If approved - To return your product, you should mail your product back to Makarios Decor.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also a 25% custom cut / restocking fee will be assessed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The order of initials is traditionally first/last/middle. For example, if your name is Jenna Sue Clarkson, the monogram would be JCS.
This is a very confusing concept. The correct way is to leave the apostrophe out of family names. Here are a few examples.
